DISC BRAKE CONVERSION KITS


WE NOW OFFER A DISC BRAKE CONVERSION KIT FOR THE 1946-68 DODGE POWERWAGONS

we provide the following per set:


1.  2 ea. 3/8" thick wheel spacers.

These take the place of the old drum and keep the lug nuts from bottoming out on their studs.

2.  2 ea. 3/8" plate steel caliper brackets.

These bolt directly to the knuckle with no modification or welding required or changes to caliper bolts.

3.  2 ea. machining of hubs and welding of rotor flanges to the hubs.

Welded in place and machined true to spindle.

4. 4 ea. 5/8" NF X 1" grade 8 socket head bolts for attaching the rotor to the new flange.

For attaching the rotors to the hub rotor flanges.

6. 10 ea. 1/2" NC X 1 1/2" grade 8 bolts and lock washers for front setup and 2" long bolts with nuts if using these for the rear setup.

price includes all welding and machining

send us your hubs with the axle studs and wheel studs removed, leave races in.

you will receive back  a set of hubs machined, and welded ready for installation
